How soon will my order ship?
We typically fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days, depending on volume from our fulfillment center during weekday business hours (EST)*. Any orders placed after Friday business hours or during the weekend will ship out the following Monday. Please note there is a 24-hour delay from the time your order ships to the time the tracking details are emailed to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding *Unless an expedited option was chosen at checkout **If you have any questions regarding an order not being confirmed for shipping yet, be sure to check the product page for the specific item you purchased to view any out of stock or pre-order notifications.
After every order, we will send out tracking updates as soon as your order ships to make sure you receive updates along the way.

If your items are in stock and ready to ship, there is a 24-hour delay from the time your order is shipped to the time the tracking details are emailed to you. From there, standard shipping will take place. If you have yet to receive a shipping notification, please check our website’s product pages directly for any out of stock notices and shipping estimates, as this will share the most up to date information in relation to your order status.

Domestic Orders
All orders will go out with UKPS, unless an expedited shipping option is chosen, which would be through UPS.

International Orders
International Orders will use a courier best suited for the destination country and may transfer to your local postal provider once it passes through local customs. You will receive an International Shipping tracking link via email. Standard international shipping is typically 7-18 business days, Monday through Friday, once your tracking is sent via email.

For the holidays and any destination affected by a service alert or international delay, please allow for an additional 7-14 business days for the order to be received. Please note that all delays listed may not cover all issues affecting your destination country. Please expect delays for the holiday season. We recommend that you look to your local couriers’ service alerts for more up to date information regarding their service, even for those not listed below. If you still are having difficulty receiving your order after this additional time, please do not hesitate to reach out via email to support@mariusku.co.uk for assistance. Thank you for your continued patience.
We recommend pushing the bubble towards the corner of the screen. Then Gently lift the corner just enough to allow the air to escape and smooth the corner back down. It’s important not to completely remove the glass as it can not be reapplied. Often times any air bubbles will work themselves out within a couple days with use. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us through our Product Issue form or directly at hello@mariusku.co.uk.

Unfortunately, this is a one time application. We do not recommend trying to reapply your glass.

Nervous about installation? Don’t worry, we’ve included instructions along with a pre-application cleansing wipe for your phones screen, a dust sticker, and a small microfiber cloth.

Before You Apply
We want your Mariusku Glass to look amazing, just like your original phone screen. Be sure to follow the instructions and please note that Mariusku glass has a single use adhesive. We do NOT recommend removing the protector to realign or make adjustments once it has been applied. Doing so may cause dust particles to adhere to the adhesive which can cause bubbles or spots on the screen and can compromise the strength of the adhesive. Please take your time with cleaning the screen thoroughly before application and with aligning your protector properly.

We recommend applying your Mariusku glass in a space with as little dust as possible. Our adhesive is strong for maximum staying power and once dust becomes lodged in it, it is very difficult to remove.

If anything looks odd about your Mariusku Glass, please let us know BEFORE you remove the protective backing. Send us a photo and we’d be happy to look into it. You can always reach out to us at hello@mariusku.co.uk or use one of the contact forms available on our website.

Please Note

Once a Glass protector has been removed from the protective backing we can no longer offer a return for a refund or deem the product to be defective. All Mariusku glass products are covered under a one year warranty! Check out additional information about this here.

Yes!

We’re happy to say that our Original Super Thin Cases and Glass Screen Protectors work with Backbone Controllers but given the physical features of various smartphones and how they connect with the Backbone Controller, not all smartphone makes and models currently work.

Our cases do not encase the entire phone and will not provide waterproof protection. If any water comes between the case and phone, we recommend removing the case and wiping down both surfaces before reapplying.

Yes, our cases can be recycled as a #5 plastic.
